HOW TO RETURN
You have the option to return your items within 30 days from their receipt following these few simple steps:
- Please make sure that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received—not worn, washed or altered, and with all tags attached.
- Complete the online Return Form in order to get a Return Number, click at the bottom of the page on Returns section.
- Insert an authorization return copy inside the package received with e-mail. Prepare the package and stick the pre-printed label on the box. You may use the same or a different , rigid carton box.
- Choose a courier and ship your parcel to our warestore. Shipping return costs will be borne entirely by the customer.
We recommend that you ship your package with a service that provides tracking information.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
After our warehouse has received your return, within 3 working days you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Our bank will issue the refund approximately within 20 working days since our confirmation email.
HOW TO CHANGE AN ITEM?
At this time we are unable to complete exchanges. The item you wish to exchange will need to be returned, following our return instructions. To order a different size, color, or new item, place a new order for the item.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS RETURNS
To ask for returns, please login to your account and select “My Orders”, follow the return procedure for
a new request entry.
After a few minutes you will receive the confirmation per e-mail with the return shipping address.
NOT REGISTERED CUSTOMERS RETURNS
